While Ms. Victory is visiting The Colorado Complex to test the mental aspect of her powers' origins, strange things begin to happen to the male paranormals. Paragon has a huge steel cube dropped on him, the Scarlet Scorpion is shot with poison gas, and Astron is cut in half at an astral gateway. And in each case, a member of the Femforce seems to be the cause. It's the work of the man-hating demon, Gorgana. When the "new" Fighting Yank gets wind of her antics, he wants revenge. Gorgana was the cause of his "first" death, in FF#36. So, why does he end up helping her?
